Our Story
In 2018, Ron Carter, owner of Lindy’s Tavern, was introduced to Rich Crawley, longtime owner of Pizza Inn in Cumberland. Ron had always wanted to serve pizza at Lindy’s, but without the space in his restaurant kitchen, he decided to think bigger. His solution was to build a separate kitchen and storefront downstairs from Lindy’s and open an entirely new business with its own menu.
Fast-forward to 2024: the kitchen was complete, and with the help of Rich Crawley, Ron developed a menu using select Pizza Inn recipes to create a pizza unlike anything else in the area. That’s how Ron’s Pizza & Seafood was born—a takeout spot offering delicious pizza made with the highest-quality, fresh ingredients. Of course, our Ron's menu wouldn’t be complete without Lindy’s classic seafood dishes.
